Quarry Inca Trek to Machu Picchu

4 DAYS / 3 NIGHTS

Embark on a truly unique adventure with our Quarry Inca Trek to Machu Picchu, a 4-day, 3-night journey that combines exploration of ancient ruins, breathtaking landscapes, and cultural immersion to provide an unforgettable experience.

As specialists in offering off-the-beaten-path treks, we invite you to join us on a journey filled with discovery and wonder. Along the Quarry Inca Trek, you’ll have the opportunity to explore small Inca ruins nestled amidst the rugged beauty of the Andean landscape, witness magnificent waterfalls cascading down rocky cliffs, and marvel at the ingenuity of Incan aqueducts that have stood the test of time.

One of the highlights of the trek is a visit to the old Inca quarry, where you’ll witness firsthand how the Incas meticulously carved and shaped rocks to construct the awe-inspiring ruins of Ollantaytambo. This ancient site served as a gateway to Machu Picchu and offers a fascinating glimpse into the architectural prowess of the Incan civilization.

After exploring Ollantaytambo and its surrounding attractions, including the iconic Inca storehouses perched on the hillside, you’ll embark on a scenic train ride to Aguas Calientes, the charming town located at the base of Machu Picchu. Here, you can relax and rejuvenate in the soothing hot springs, surrounded by lush greenery and towering peaks.

On the final day of your adventure, prepare to be awestruck as you visit the incredible Machu Picchu, one of the New Seven Wonders of the World. Wander through the ancient citadel, marveling at its intricate stone terraces, temples, and plazas, while soaking in the mystical atmosphere of this UNESCO World Heritage site.

Our Quarry Inca Trek to Machu Picchu offers a unique blend of adventure, culture, and natural beauty, providing you with memories to last a lifetime. Join us on this unforgettable journey and discover the hidden treasures of the Andes in a way that few tourists ever experience.
